CPU Basic quota stuck even after pausing all Spaces

Hello Hugging Face Team,

I am using a free account.

All of my Spaces are currently paused, but I still receive the following error when trying to restart or deploy a Space:

“403: You’ve reached your cpu-basic quota limit, please upgrade your account, or pause your previous Spaces to restart this one.”

I have already paused every Space and waited more than 48 hours, but the issue still persists.

Could you please check if my account quota is stuck or if there is an issue with my account?

Thank you.

Same issue here. Account: phisingdefender. Space: phisingdefender/defender101 (Docker, cpu-basic). Only 1 Space total, currently Paused, 0 storage/compute used (confirmed via Billing page). Tried restarting multiple times and from a completely clean browser session — still getting “You’ve reached your cpu-basic quota limit”. New account, never exceeded any real usage.
