# Stable Diffusion 2.1 load model without repo\_id

I’m using the code in [this Model Card](https://huggingface.co/stabilityai/stable-diffusion-2-1) for image generation, but I can’t load any local .ckpt models with the StableDiffusionPipeline.from\_pretrained() function. I can only load repos on the hugging face site. How can I instead load a local model using a path to the .ckpt file in Stable Diffusion 2.1?

hi @5GreatApes using `diffusers` like the example in the model card, only support PyTorch models. If your model is hosted on our hub, I suggest you to convert the model to diffusers
