Can Hugging Face Pro run a Docker Space on the free CPU Basic tier?

I’m considering purchasing Hugging Face Pro. My only use case is hosting an Argilla Docker Space on the CPU Basic hardware tier. Before subscribing, I’d like to confirm:

1- Does a Pro subscription allow me to create and run a Docker Space on the free CPU Basic hardware tier?

2- If I keep the Space on CPU Basic, will there be no hourly compute charges, with charges only applying if I upgrade to a paid hardware tier (e.g., CPU Upgrade or a GPU)?
