stock llama.cpp
Does UD-Q3_K_XL load on stock llama.cpp?
I'm getting error loading model: done_getting_tensors: wrong number of tensors; expected 1191, got 1179
Getting the same for UD-IQ3_S:
[41531] 0.00.069.997 I srv load_model: loading model '/models/MiniMax-M3.1-Flash-UD-IQ3_S-00001-of-00005.gguf'

[41531] 0.00.290.587 E llama_model_load_from_file_impl: failed to load model
I'm getting a similar error with Q4_K_XL using Unsloth desktop:
Failed to load model: llama-server failed to start. Check that the GGUF file is valid and you have enough memory.
llama-server output:
...
0.00.495.182 E llama_model_load: error loading model: done_getting_tensors: wrong number of tensors; expected 1359, got 1347
0.00.495.186 E llama_model_load_from_file_impl: failed to load model

0.00.495.199 E srv load_model: failed to load model, '/mnt/data/llm/hub/models--unsloth--
With newly updated UD-Q3_K_XL the result is the same: llama_model_load: error loading model: done_getting_tensors: wrong number of tensors; expected 1191, got 1179
That's on mainline llama.cpp: f3269ef96aee8c9ec8a3a89a14025e33641827e3
Same error on Unlosth Desktop as well
We just updated binaries for llama.cpp - also we published a guide just now at https://unsloth.ai/docs/models/minimax-m3.1-flash
You guys rock. Thank you!
